A clearer starting point

What your plan helps you decide

The goal is a useful sequence of next steps, rather than the longest possible list of tests.

01

Build a useful baseline

See which blood markers and core measurements could give you a clearer starting point, based on the information you provide.

02

Prioritise what is relevant

Separate useful next steps from diagnostics that may add little value for your current goals, risks and recent testing.

03

Prepare the right questions

Turn a broad interest in prevention and longevity into a focused conversation with your physician or qualified provider.

Personalised to your context

The questionnaire looks beyond age alone

Each answer changes which options are prioritised, deferred or left out of your plan.

  • 01Age range and biological sex
  • 02Health goals and current concerns
  • 03Lifestyle and wellbeing factors
  • 04Family health history
  • 05Diagnostics completed recently

Diagnostic scope

More than a generic blood-test list

Recommendations cover several areas and appear only when the questionnaire provides a useful reason to consider them.

Blood and cardiometabolic health

A coordinated baseline can cover glucose regulation, lipids and other markers when they fit your context.

Body composition and bone health

Body composition or bone assessment may be useful when age, goals or risk factors justify them.

Fitness and cardiorespiratory capacity

Objective fitness assessment can help establish a baseline for training and long-term function.

Sleep and recovery

Sleep assessment becomes more relevant when your answers point to persistent sleep or recovery concerns.

Clinical screening

Age, sex, family history and previous screening help shape which established checks deserve attention.

Genetics and biological-age tools

Exploratory options appear selectively and are framed as context or tracking tools, not diagnoses.

The plan gives you topics to discuss. A qualified clinician should decide whether a test is appropriate and interpret any result in your full medical context.

Method and safeguards

Designed to support a better health conversation

Transparent decision logic

The planner uses defined rules across your stated goals, risk context, recent diagnostics and preferred breadth. It is not an AI diagnosis.

Relevance before volume

Recent tests and weak indications reduce priority, helping the plan focus on questions that could change a decision.

Privacy by design

Questionnaire answers are not saved to the MoL database. Reports are encrypted and retained for no more than 48 hours.

Common questions

Personal Health Diagnostics Planner FAQ

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. The planner is an educational decision-support tool. It does not diagnose symptoms, interpret medical results or prescribe tests. Discuss medical decisions with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Do I need existing laboratory results?

No. You can complete the questionnaire without entering test values. The planner asks which diagnostics you have completed recently so it can avoid recommending unnecessary repetition.

Is the plan limited to blood tests?

No. Depending on your answers, it can cover blood markers, body composition, bone health, fitness, sleep, established screening and selected exploratory tools.

How is the plan personalised?

A rule-based method considers your age range, biological sex, goals, lifestyle and wellbeing factors, family history, recent diagnostics and preferred breadth. It then ranks the options that best match that context.

Is it free, and do I need an account?

The planner is free and does not require an account. Completing the questionnaire usually takes about three minutes. Email verification is required only to deliver the secure PDF link.

What happens to my information?

Questionnaire answers are processed for the plan and are not saved to the Masters of Longevity database. The generated report is encrypted and retained for no more than 48 hours. See the privacy information for full details.

What if I have new or unexplained symptoms?

The planner is not designed to assess urgent or unexplained symptoms. Its safety logic directs those situations toward appropriate medical evaluation instead of producing a routine diagnostics ranking.
