Why not simply ask your GP?

Your GP remains important for diagnosis, treatment, and medical care. The Health Blueprint helps connect health data, lifestyle, goals, and long-term strategy into a prioritised plan.

Why not just order a blood test?

A blood test is data. The Blueprint is the interpretation, prioritisation, and 90-day strategy built around that data and your personal context.

Do I need to be healthy already to benefit?

No. The Blueprint is designed for people who want a clearer baseline and a realistic direction. If diagnosis or treatment is needed, that remains with qualified medical professionals.

How much time does the programme require?

Expect an intake questionnaire, biomarker testing, a 60-minute strategy session, implementation over 90 days, two progress reviews, and an end-of-programme review.

Are laboratory tests, like blood panels, included?

No. Laboratory tests, biomarker panels, wearable devices, supplements, prescriptions, specialist consultations, and medical treatments are not included in the programme price. We help you decide which data is useful before you spend on testing.

What happens after the first 90 days?

You leave with an updated view of your priorities and next steps. Depending on fit, MOL may offer continued guidance, quarterly reviews, specialist referral, or a next 90-day roadmap.
