The MOL Health Blueprint is a health strategy, education, and coordination service. It is intended to help you understand your current health context, prioritise next steps, and make better-informed decisions together with qualified professionals where appropriate.
The programme does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, or individual medical advice from Masters of Longevity or Amantio GmbH. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, therapist, pharmacist, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional.
Any medical decisions, diagnostic testing, laboratory interpretation, prescriptions, supplement use, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, medication changes, or medical treatment should be discussed with and supervised by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
No specific health outcome, performance improvement, risk reduction, weight loss, or disease prevention result is guaranteed. Recommendations and priorities depend on the information available at the time and may need to be reviewed as your health status, test results, goals, or scientific evidence changes.

Privacy
When you submit a Health Blueprint request, we process the information you provide, including contact details, programme goals, and any health-related context you choose to share, to review your request and respond with the appropriate next step.
Health-related information may be sensitive personal data. Enquiry details are encrypted in our operational database, are not included in notification emails, and are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless an active client relationship or legal obligation requires a different period. We do not sell this information.
The Personal Health Diagnostics Planner processes questionnaire answers in your browser. MoL stores encrypted contact and delivery records for up to 90 days. A generated report is encrypted for secure download and deleted after 48 hours or after the download limit is reached. The email provider receives the address and a notification link, not the report attachment.
MoL retains limited first-party campaign parameters, such as source, medium, campaign, and content, for up to 90 days to measure the planner funnel. These parameters do not contain questionnaire answers or report contents and are retained independently of optional Google Analytics or Meta tracking.
Google Analytics and Meta are disabled on the planner and Health Blueprint pages unless you separately allow analytics or marketing in the privacy settings. Questionnaire answers, report contents, names, email addresses, and enquiry messages are not sent in those events.
If the programme involves physicians, laboratories, specialists, or other healthcare partners, relevant information is shared only where needed and appropriate for coordination and with the required authorization. Service providers may process data outside Switzerland subject to the safeguards described in the full privacy notice.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@masters-of-longevity.com. We verify the requester before disclosing or deleting protected information.
