The KEANAISSANCE Summit 2026

KEANAISSANCE convenes a tightly curated group of founders, investors, clinicians, and operators in a setting designed to accelerate execution in the longevity economy. By removing the audience layer and focusing on decision-makers with direct agency, it creates an environment where capital, science, and delivery can align more quickly. The result is not just discussion, but a higher probability of real partnerships, capital deployment, and tangible progress.

The longevity space does not suffer from a lack of ideas. It suffers from a lack of alignment.

There is no shortage of conferences, panels, or well-produced narratives. What remains scarce are environments where capital, science, and execution are brought into direct contact under conditions that actually produce outcomes.

KEANAISSANCE is an attempt to build such an environment.

From 17 to 22 May, 150 selected participants will gather between Athens and the island of Kea. The format is deliberately constrained. There is no audience layer, no open access, and no excess scale. The group consists of founders, investors, clinicians, and operators who have direct agency over capital allocation, company building, and clinical delivery.

Masters of Longevity is partnering with KEANAISSANCE to support exactly this kind of environment. Our work is focused on mapping and connecting the longevity ecosystem, and what is often missing is density. The right people, in the same room, with aligned intent. KEANAISSANCE creates that condition, and with it, the potential for faster alignment and real execution.

This matters because most inefficiencies in the longevity ecosystem are coordination problems. Capital is available but often misallocated. Scientific progress is accelerating but remains disconnected from scalable delivery. Clinical innovation exists but is fragmented and difficult to access. The result is a system that moves slower than its underlying potential.

KEANAISSANCE addresses this by reducing distance between these components.

According to the invitation, more than 45 active family offices with healthcare-related mandates are part of the participant base, alongside founders who have already built and exited companies and are now building again.  This creates a very specific dynamic. Conversations are not exploratory in the usual sense. They are oriented toward deployment, partnerships, and execution.

The structure of the event reflects this intent. A facilitated “Deal Room” model replaces random networking with curated interactions and defined follow-ups. The objective is not to maximize the number of conversations, but to increase the probability that the right ones happen.

Another notable element is the integration of personal health data into the experience. Participants undergo biological age testing, receive physician-guided reviews, and leave with a structured longevity protocol.  This is not a lifestyle add-on. It reinforces the core premise that longevity is not only an investment theme or a technological frontier, but a personal, measurable reality.

The choice of Kea as the primary setting is consistent with this approach. Its proximity to Athens combined with its relative isolation creates a controlled environment. Reduced noise, fewer distractions, and a slower pace enable longer interactions and faster trust formation. In this context, environment functions as infrastructure.

What KEANAISSANCE ultimately reflects is a broader transition within the longevity economy. The space is moving out of an early phase characterized by narrative building and fragmented innovation into a more execution-driven phase defined by capital allocation, integrated care models, and repeat entrepreneurship.

This transition requires a different type of forum.

Not larger.

Not louder.

More precise.

At Masters of Longevity, our work is centered on understanding how this ecosystem evolves and where value is created. One consistent observation is that progress does not happen evenly. It concentrates in specific moments and within specific groups of aligned actors.

KEANAISSANCE is designed to create one of those moments.

Participation is limited by design. For those actively building, allocating, or operating in longevity, the relevance of such an environment is not measured in exposure, but in proximity to the right counterparts.
