Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich secured a CHF 445 million consortium loan to fund new lab and office construction at the Dübendorf campus. The development targets clusters in Robotics & Future Mobility, Space & Aviation and Advanced Manufacturing, will offer about 100,900 m² of gross floor area, and plans Sector B opening next summer with full build-out by 2032.
