Single-cell ultra-high-throughput multiplexed chromatin accessibility and gene expression sequencing (SUM-seq)

SUM-seq is a single-cell assay that profiles chromatin accessibility and gene expression from the same nucleus. It layers sample-specific in situ barcoding with droplet combinatorial indexing to boost throughput and multiplexing while lowering per-sample cost.

Why it mattersSUM-seq enables high-throughput chromatin+RNA profiling (2–3 day protocol, EMBL; EGA EGAD50000001589).
