Radiobotics to join Medimaps Group
Medimaps Group S.A. (Geneva) and Radiobotics ApS (Denmark) have signed a strategic merger to create an end-to-end musculoskeletal (MSK) AI imaging platform that combines automated fracture detection with opportunistic bone fragility assessment and fracture risk prediction. The combined group plans to scale the integrated solutions across 90 markets, including the United States, serving hospitals, clinics and imaging centers; closing is subject to Danish foreign direct investment approval and financial terms were not disclosed.
