A high-throughput nanopore single-molecule sensing platform couples streamlined peptide library preparation with an AI-driven analytical workflow to produce statistical peptide fingerprints for accurate peptide differentiation and protein identification. The pipeline supports rapid antibody validation and semi-quantitative affinity screening and unambiguously identified multiple proteins in blinded enzymatic-digest tests; the work is led by BGI Shenzhen and is linked to several patent filings.
