Microplastics found in 90% of prostate cancer tumors, study reveals

Microplastics were detected in 90% of prostate cancer tumors and tumor tissue contained about 2.5 times more plastic than adjacent healthy tissue. The study is the first Western direct measurement of plastics in prostate tumors and authors call for further research on causal links.
