Menopausal Hormone Therapy Does Not Increase Mortality

A Danish nationwide cohort study of more than 800,000 women found no association between menopausal hormone therapy and increased all‑cause mortality. Lower mortality was observed with transdermal formulations, estrogen monotherapy, or therapy started at age 52+.
