Head-to-head comparison of eight commercial nanofat preparation systems shows device-dependent differences in technical performance and biological quality; Adinizer delivered the highest adipose-derived stromal/stem cell yield, Puregraft Boost V2 and Emulsfat ranked best technically, Hy-Tissue Nanofat had low cell yields and high leukocyte proportions, and all devices preserved adipocytes, vascular networks, EVs, and clonogenic progenitors.
