Cannabis compounds CBD and CBG may help reverse fatty liver disease, study finds

A study led from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem found that the cannabis compounds cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabigerol (CBG) improved energy buffering (phosphocreatine) and restored lysosomal function in models of steatotic (fatty) liver disease, while also lowering harmful lipids and improving blood-glucose control.
