Bladder organoid conditioned media enhances myoblast proliferation under serum free conditions

Mouse bladder organoid-conditioned medium (MBOS) strongly increased C2C12 myoblast proliferation under serum-free conditions. MBOS upregulated CCNB1 and CDK1, increased the G2/M fraction, resisted IGF‑1 neutralization, and also promoted primary bovine myoblast growth.
Why it mattersMBOS boosted primary bovine myoblast proliferation, indicating a practical FBS-free media candidate for cultured meat and cell-expansion workflows.
