Bellevue Group Still on a Downward Trend
Bellevue Group, a healthcare-focused asset manager, reported a consolidated net profit of 1.9 million francs in 2025, down from 9.2 million the prior year. Assets under management fell 9% to 5.3 billion francs, while revenues declined 25% to 52.6 million francs and operating expenses were reduced to 49.1 million francs. The board will propose a 0.15-franc dividend; management cited US drug-pricing uncertainty, US dollar depreciation and patent expirations as drivers of the weak performance.
Why it mattersAssets under management fell to 5.3 billion francs, so fund managers should cut high-fee healthcare allocations.
